The humimeter FS4.1 sewage sludge granulate moisture meter is a mobile hand-held device for measuring the moisture of sewage sludge granulate within seconds. The sewage sludge granules only have to be filled into the measuring device. With 260 gram sample amount and sample temperature measurement it is ideal for measuring granules moisture from a dry matter content of 45% to 90%. The water content is immediately shown on the display. The analyser is mobile and can be used anywhere on site. A lengthy and cost-intensive drying process in the oven is therefore not necessary.

Handling and measurement process
After switching on the device, fill the sewage sludge granulates or sewage sludge pellets into the measuring chamber of the humimeter FS4.1. It is important to fill in exactly 260 grams of sewage sludge, which is why a measuring cup and a scale are included in the scope of delivery.

The display of humimeter FS4.1 immediately shows the water content and the temperature. Moist cores and dry top layers are taken into account in the high-frequency measurement method. The average value of the entire filled-in sample is calculated and shown on the display.

By effecting various measurements in different areas of the pile, the average water content can be determined immediately.

The measuring values can be stored on the device, further information like batch number can be added. With the optional USB interface the measuring values ​​can be transferred to a PC and via LogMemorizer® PC software the data can be archieved, exported, processed or printed out.
